I used <b>plain unsweetened kefir (can be replaced with buttermilk) from Lifeway </b> and it worked out perfectly.</p><p> The rest of ingredients: <b>vegetables (beets, cucumber and greens) and hard boiled eggs</b>, are easy to get and not pricey at all.
